Built on 10 years of international interiors and project supply experience.

EWOODS Group was built around a simple operating idea: to connect strong European manufacturing capability with international clients looking for reliable, competitive, and well-managed interior product supply.

The company was founded by Rafał Sagan and Krzysztof Kusiak, who have spent over 12 years developing business across furniture, interiors, ecommerce, and project-based supply. What started as a European furniture and interiors operation has gradually evolved into a broader group platform combining sourcing, commercial coordination, fit-out support, digital workflow, and market entry activity.

Over the years, EWOODS has worked mainly with clients and partners across Western Europe, the United Kingdom, and Poland, while also gaining project and commercial exposure in the Middle East, including Dubai and more recently Saudi Arabia. Today, the Saudi market is one of the group's key strategic directions, supported by local relationships and a growing focus on project supply, interiors, furniture, doors, lighting, and fit-out related opportunities.

Our know-how comes from operating close to one of Europe's strongest production hubs for furniture and interior components. Poland remains a highly competitive manufacturing base for office furniture, contract furniture, doors, lighting, wood-based products, bespoke joinery, and interior equipment. By working directly with selected manufacturers and specialist suppliers, EWOODS can help international clients access European quality, flexible production, and competitive pricing without losing control over project coordination and commercial standards.

The group operates between Poland (Hrubieszów), the United Kingdom (London), and Saudi Arabia (Riyadh).

Our mission

Our mission is to connect the strength of Polish and Central European manufacturing with international interior projects, making quality products more accessible, competitive and easier to coordinate for clients abroad.

EWOODS Group operates from a practical manufacturing advantage: Poland is one of Europe's strongest production hubs for furniture, doors, wood-based products and interior components. By working close to this supplier base, and with selected partners across Central and Eastern Europe, we help international clients access reliable production capability, flexible manufacturing and commercially attractive supply options.

We support clients and partners in Western Europe, the United Kingdom and Saudi Arabia by helping structure product scopes, compare supply options, coordinate communication with manufacturers and build a clearer path from enquiry to project delivery.

Our role is not only to present products. We help connect production capacity with real project needs: quality level, specification, pricing, timing, logistics assumptions and commercial feasibility.
